Art Lande - Art is one of my favorite people and also probably the best music teacher alive. The great pianist Mike Cain once said, "If I had to pick the top 5 jazz piano players of all time, it would be Art Tatum, Art Lande, and I'd have to think about the other three."

Coalition for Creative Music - I helped start this group long ago and it has taken off into one of the best concert series in the Western United States. The series of concerts and clinics is all about opening the minds of students to possibilities beyond what they might experience at a college music school.
Erik Deutsch - Erik is a great musician and I'm totally jealous of the view from his apartment in Williamsburg.
Fenye - Fara Tolno is a great drummer from Boulder, CO whom I used to play with.
IndieGo Jazz Promotions - Mitchell Feldman, my promotions guy.

Matt Mitchell - He lives in a tiny, dark apartment with an amazing music collection, a fridge full of milk & a cat. You've never heard a guitarist quite like him.
Mike McGinnis - Mike plays many different woodwinds but not usually at the same time.
Nate Wooley - If, rather than screaming high notes and blistering bebop, you enjoy the many textures and weird sounds that a trumpet can make, you might enjoy the unique approach of my old housemate Nate.
